Don, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable, did not try to upsell me on anything, and did offer their annual 6-month inspection for a cost of nearly 40% less than I had been paying another company. Don even offered to change my filter for me, something the other company did not do. I’m very happy to have found a company I can trust!
